Terri GaleTerri and husband Ben moved to the valley area in 2003 where Terri became Branch Manager of Berwick’s RBC Royal Bank until her recent move to the role of Investment and Retirement Planner. Terri is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland’s School of Business and has worked in the financial service industry for most of her career. Outside of her role as the President of the Western Kings Board of Trade Terri enjoys reading and gardening. |
Allen ChaseVice President of the Western Kings Board of Trade. Allen resides in Wolfville with his wife Jennifer and their 2 young children Noah and Abigail. Allen had previously been employed with Tim Horton’s, Berwick as Manager but left in 2008 to pursue a career in real estate. He is currently working with MacKay Real Estate in Wolfville. Polly ScottOwner of Candle Inn The Window Bed and Breakfast, Polly resides in Berwick with husband Bill. Polly attended high school in Bible Hill, N.S., upon graduating Polly was employed with Maritime Tel & Tel until she relocated to Ontario where she was employed with Bell Canada for 23 years. Polly returned home to Nova Scotia in 1999 and settled in Berwick where the Scott’s opened their Bed & Breakfast in May of 2000. Polly enjoys a healthy lifestyle that includes Line Dancing and exercise classes. |
Howard HallHoward and wife Wanda reside in Berwick. An accountant, Howard was employed for 36 years with The Halifax Herald Limited where he spent 19 years in the position of Controller before retiring in 2002. Active in his community Howard is a commissioner for the Berwick Electric Commission, member of the Berwick and District Lions Club, member of the Apple Dome Building Committee as well as director with the Western Kings Board of Trade. In his spare time Howard enjoys fishing, boating automobiles, golf and photography. |

Graduate of Nova Scotia Teachers College and Acadia University (Bachelor of Science, major in mathematics and Certificate of Computer science) Taught for 45 years in the school system of NS - the last twenty as the School Counselor at Central Kings RHS. In 1997 elected to Berwick Town Council, re-elected in 2000, 2004 and 2008. Served as Deputy Major and on most committees over the years. Currently serves on the Berwick Electric Commission, Fire Services Committee, Economic Development Advisory Committee, Emergency Management Committee, and as a member of the Kings Partnership Steering Committee and as Chair of the Valley Community Fibre Network. Member of The Berwick and District Lions Club and Berwick Heights Golf Club. |
